Shudhi Garam Masala

Archita Shudhi Garam Masala:-

Specialty of North India, Hot Aromatic & Relish able blend of Spices used in small quantity. Sprinkled over prepared Curry to enhance aroma & teste for which Indian food is renowned all over the world.

Packing:
- 20gm Box (8kg Per Carton), 50gm Pouch (20kg Per Bag), 50/100gm Box (10kg Per Carton), 200gm pouch (20kg Per Bag).

Key Ingredients- Black Pepper, Cumin, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Fenugreek Seeds, Aniseeds, Parsley, Green Cardamom, Cassia & Pomegranate Seeds.

 
Shudhi Mishran Garam Masala

Archita Shudhi Mishran Garam Masala:-

Low concentration of Garam masala with plain spices (Haldi, Dhania, Mircha). This a hybrid product of Meat Masala & Garam masala.

Packing:- 40gm (20kg Per bag), 200gm pouch (20 kg Per Bag).

Key Ingredients- Turmeric, Coriander, Chilli, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger, Fenugreek Seeds, Aniseeds, Parsley, Green Cardamom, Cassia, Mustard, Pomegranate Seeds, Garlic & Onion Powder.

 
Shudhi Chola Masala

Archita Shudhi Chola Masala:-

Spices blend for lentil (Kabuli Chana). Combination of Garam Masala with dry mango, Black Salt, Pomegranate seeds etc. Aroma of cloves make its curry special.

Archita Shudhi Jaljeera Masala:-

Combination of aromatics Garam Masala,dry mango, mint leaves, salt with natural digestive items like myrobalan, baheda & a safoetida.Jaljeera Powder desolved in water a testy spice drink, relieve indigestion.Use Jaljeera Masala with Gol-Gappa & pani puri. Also use it for making Dahi Bhalla, Chat papdi, Papad & Saled more……minty relish flavour.
